We set up your profile
We create your account on Pet Sitter Plus and send you a personalised invite to the system.

Add your dog’s details
Complete your dog’s profile – breed, behaviour, medical information, vet details, and emergency contacts. Takes just a few minutes.

We meet your dog
Before walks begin, we arrange a short introduction. We meet your dog, check compatibility, and sort key access and collection details.

Book your walks
Book and manage walks directly through the Pet Sitter Plus system. Your regular schedule is set up and running.

Everything you need, in one place.
Once you’re set up on Pet Sitter Plus, you have full visibility and control over your dog’s care.
Bookings & schedule
Book walks, view your upcoming schedule, and manage recurring bookings. Add ad hoc walks or cancel with appropriate notice — all through the system.
Live check-in confirmation
See exactly when your walker arrived, when your dog was collected, and when they were returned home. GPS confirmation gives you certainty, not assumptions.
Invoices & payments
View and manage invoices directly through the system. You’re invoiced every two weeks in arrears – you only ever pay for walks that have already taken place.

Your dog’s information is always where it needs to be.
Your dog’s profile includes everything we need to keep them safe.
When you set up your dog’s profile on Pet Sitter Plus, you provide the information that allows us to care for them properly – not just today, but every day, and in any situation that might arise.
Every member of the PawPrints team has access to this information. If your regular walker is ever unavailable, anyone covering their route has everything they need to provide exactly the same standard of care.
And when your dog’s circumstances change – a new medication, a recent injury, a change in behaviour – you update the profile once and everyone is immediately informed.

Payments
Simple, transparent, and always in arrears.
You are invoiced every two weeks for the walks that have already taken place. You never pay in advance, and you never pay for a walk that didn’t happen.
Payment is by bank transfer. Invoices are sent through the Pet Sitter Plus system and you can view them at any time through your client portal.
No standing orders. No upfront deposits. No complicated pricing structures. Just a clear invoice every fortnight for exactly what was delivered.
