Ways to save.
First walk free
New customers receive £18 credit – equivalent to one free group walk – applicable to any service. No commitment required. If your dog loves it, we set up a regular schedule. If not, no hard feelings.
Refer a friend
When you refer a new customer to PawPrints, you both receive £10 credit. The new customer can combine their referral credit with the free first walk offer – so their first two walks effectively cost nothing.
Multi-dog household
If you have more than one dog, the second dog walks at 50% of the standard rate. Group walks: first dog £18, second dog £9. Solo walks: first dog £24, second dog £12.

How do I pay?
Invoices are sent every two weeks through our booking system. You pay by bank transfer for walks already completed. You never pay in advance and never pay for a walk that didn’t happen.
Do I pay if my dog doesn’t go out?
No. You only pay for walks that take place. If you cancel with reasonable notice through the booking system, you won’t be charged. We’ll confirm the cancellation policy when you sign up.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No contracts, no minimum term. Most clients book regular weekly walks because the routine suits their dog, but you’re free to adjust your schedule through the app at any time.
What’s included in the price?
Collection from your home, a full hour outdoor walk in a natural environment, and safe return. We hold your key securely and return your dog settled and dried off if needed. Nothing extra to pay.
Can I book extra walks at short notice?
Yes, subject to availability. Ad hoc bookings can be made through the booking system. If you need a second walk in the same day, that’s £12 rather than the standard rate.
